About the author:
Ivaylo Petrov is a Bulgarian-born photographer, who works in the fields of portrait and conceptual photography. His work has been featured worldwide on numerous occasions (Hasselblad Masters Contest, OneEyeland, PhotoVogue, PhotographyServed, The Phoblographer, photogrvphy.com, etc.) His general attitude towards his work and his continuous strive to grow and to pursue his next and better image has brought him recognition from both clients and art appreciators alike, allowing him to work for some of the biggest names in the industry. Ivaylo is a firm believer that in our increasingly noisy and saturated world, an author owes honesty in his "voice" to both himself and to the others. That's why he's constantly chasing and producing personal work alongside commercial projects - in search of the ever-elusive meaning and making sense of our world.

Every single print ordered from IvayloPetrov.eu is personally taken care of and signed by Ivaylo himself.
Each individual printing medium is personally chosen by the author and has been done so with taking into account the initial impression every photograph was intended to make. You could find detailed information in the prints' description and right after this paragraph.
Ivaylo observes every order himself and nothing is outsourced to a large-scale printing facility, which means that you could expect consistently high quality and uncompromising results, worthy of the soul and the careful craft of which every single image was born.
Print types in details:
Prints on paper: We only use highest grade Hahnemühle museum quality paper, made of 100% cotton or pure alpha cellulose and provided with a Premium-Inkjet coating. The gloss range extends from subtle gloss (satin) to mid lustre (pearl) through to high gloss (baryta) and printed on industry-standard Epson© printer and ink. Papers may or may not have texture, depending on Ivaylo's decision about which of Hahnemuhle's premium papers would look best for the specific print.
Prints on Acrylic-Bond©:
This top-end technology uses a with museum quality photograph, printed with genuine Epson© printer and inks. The image is then mounted using a special polymer behind an acrylic sheet 3 to 4mm thick, which results in an exceptional depth, contrast, color saturation and demands attention in every space the photograph is shown. The base is an aluminum composite sheet Dibond©, which ensures maximum durability of your print and also comes with a light-weight hanging system (shown on the second image).
Actually, despite everything written up to here, no words truly have the power to really the describe the feeling of a "hole in reality itself", which this highest-end printing technology allows for, it simply has to be seen to be truly appreciated.
Shipping: Your order will ship from EU, via reliable courier services. Shipping and tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. Open Edition prints will usually be posted within two to three business days.
Limited edition prints require a little more time due to a more complicated printing process and/or documentation - usually five working days. If any kind of delay is necessary (only in exceptional cases), we will do our best to notify you in timely manner.
Print Requests: If your personal favorite image is not in the store, please contact us and we will discuss your print request.
Returns: If, despite our best efforts, your print was damaged in transportation, please contact us within three days of delivery with photos, which clearly show the problem. After we manage to assess the damage, we'll send a replacement for the print.
